Need Help Logging In? Please try these steps…
1. Please use the actual link provided in your e-mail invitation. That has the complete URL (Web site address) required for entry into the survey. Click once on the link and that will launch your Internet browser automatically. Your ID number is automatically entered for you. Simply click the Login button to start the survey.
 
2. The link that needs to be clicked is NOT the www.harrahs.com/sweepstakes/rules link found at the bottom of your e-mail message. That link takes you to a page which contains the guidelines for this survey's sweepstakes drawing only. The link you want to click is the www.srgsurvey.com/harrahs link (just above your ID number) in the e-mail message.
 
3. If you have copied and pasted the URL (Web site address), please make sure you have copied the entire address and that it was pasted in its entirety in the address line of your Internet browser. Accessing www.srgsurvey.com is not enough; you must be at www.srgsurvey.com/harrahs to enter the Harrah's Entertainment survey.
 
4. Please note that the online survey was designed for use with Internet Explorer versions 5.x and above. The recommended system requirements for successful interaction with this survey include: Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows Me, Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6a and higher, Windows 2000 OR Windows XP, 16 MB of RAM, 486 processor or higher (Pentium processor recommended), 800 x 600 video display or high resolution monitor with 256 colors, modem or Internet connection, and Microsoft-compatible mouse or pointing device.
 
5. It is possible that we are performing routine maintenance on the survey site or that your Internet provider is doing the same as you are working with our survey. This may prohibit access to the survey site temporarily or cause unexpected problems. We suggest you try again at a later time if this is the case.
 
6. Please double check that your Login ID number is correct. If it is not correct, you will not be permitted to enter the survey.
 
7. If you are using a web based free e-mail service such as Hotmail or Yahoo and the link provided to the survey will not work, please open your browser separately and type in the site's address - www.srgsurvey.com/harrahs OR copy/paste it from our invitation. Then, enter your login number manually.
 
8. Please do not click "Login" more than once. If you are sure that your Login is not working properly, please send a message to harrahs_survey@sterlingresearchgroup.com via e-mail and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
